Steve is a strategic planner of public policies.  He holds advanced degrees in business law, community law and asset management.

He has consulted at a high level for 15 years to help advance the Central African economy, and in the past seven years, has been a strategic advisor to the Prime Minister of the Central African Republic.  Within several areas of expertise, he is most passionate about the digital economy and making Bitcoin mainstream within CAR.

Steve is an executive advisor to the CAR's Major Works Unit, working alongside the president in addition to the prime minister.  He is also director of Bollore Africa Logistics and chairman of the board of SOCATRAF.
