Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket via our event app. When you receive your ticket confirmation, you will be able to “manage tickets”. You must edit your order information and reassign your ticket to someone else’s name and email address.

This does not remove the ticket from your account, but the new attendee will receive an email prompting them to claim tickets when you save the change.

Can I store my luggage at the venue? Will there be lockers available for personal items?

Unfortunately, the venue does not offer luggage storage . We suggest you leave your bags at your hotel.

Does a Whale Pass include a +1?

No. Each Whale Pass is valid for one (1) individual entry to Bitcoin Asia (including Whale Night). ‍

What is the Whale VIP Pass?

The Whale Pass offers an all-inclusive VIP experience curated thoughtfully by the Whale Services team with the most exclusive ticket in the Bitcoin Conference ecosystem.

The Whale Pass offers access to exclusive lounges with hosted F&B, as well as access to Whale Night.

What other cryptocurrencies will be covered?

Bitcoin only!

This is a niche BTC-only conference. Please stay focused and on topic at the event. Save conversations about other protocols and cryptocurrencies for outside of the conference.

What are the event hours?

Doors open at 8 a.m. each day. The event hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 9th and 10th.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 8 a.m. each day. On day one, you'll receive your admission wristband. Keep this wristband on for the entirety of the conference!

If you lose your wristband, you'll be required to purchase another ticket in order to enter. If you wish to cut your wristband off (or it falls off), we will provide you with another wristband as long as you physically have the old wristband in hand.

When will I receive my ticket to Bitcoin Asia?

Immediately after purchasing a ticket, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. A few weeks before the event, you will receive another email with a QR code, which will grant access to the event.

When and where is Bitcoin Asia?

Bitcoin Asia is hosted at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal Hall A, Kowloon City, Hong Kong, on May 9 - 10, 2024. The venue address is Shing Fung Rd, Kowloon City, Hong Kong.

Drop off and pick up is Ground Floor (G/F) Hall A.
