Bitcoin Bazaar

The Bitcoin Bazaar is a carefully curated marketplace where vendors and attendees can engage in peer-to-peer, Bitcoin-only transactions. This year's Bazaar takes place at the Venetian Hotel’s Convention Center in Las Vegas during the Bitcoin Conference in May 2025. With over 30,000 attendees expected, this is a premier opportunity for Bitcoin-friendly merchants to showcase their products.

• Bazaar Operating Dates: May 27th, 28th, and 29th from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Load In: Monday, May 26th from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Load Out: Thursday, May 29th from 5:00 - 9:00 PM

Note: Food and beverages cannot be sold due to venue regulations.

• Vendor Passes: Each booth includes 2 vendor passes granting access for all 3 days of the conference
• Included with Booth:
  
  • 8’ high pipe and drape backdrop with 4’ high dividers
  • An 8x8 booth with table, 2 chairs, and a Bazaar-themed tablecloth
  • 6’ x 6’ metal grid wall with hangers for display items
  • Power and internet access (limited 2 per booth)

All vendors must provide:

• Full Commercial General Liability coverage
• Compliance with all Nevada state laws

Named personnel coverage for Pioneer OpCo, Convention Center, etc.

• Bitcoin Payments: All vendors must accept Bitcoin via the Lightning Network.
• Credit Card Payments: While Bitcoin is the preferred payment method, it is strongly recommended that vendors also accept credit card payments to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for attendees.

Support Available: Vendors unfamiliar with Lightning payments can receive assistance for an additional fee.

Shipping:  

• For shipping to the conference, there are two options: Advanced shipments to a storage warehouse (more flexibility on shipping timelines) or direct to show (best for last minute shipping). Please note overtime or double time will apply for shipments received for applicable holidays. Please see the show Exhibitor Services Kit for details.

    • The Advanced warehouse is available to receive shipments from April 21st to May 16th, 2025
    • The advanced shipment drayage rate is $2.41 per pound. Any shipment received after May 16th is subject to an additional 30% per pound.

If you choose to bring in your own items instead of using drayage, you will need to unload from a Venetian parking lot or the front of the hotel. Please note that there is no parking near the convention center, and vendors will not have access to the loading docks without drayage.

No, carts cannot be rolled through the Venetian to the expo hall. Your best option is to either pack items in a suitcase that can be rolled in or hire a bellhop to assist from the front of the hotel.

The Venetian is a union-operated venue, and labor unions enforce strict rules on transportation and setup. Vendors seen moving their own goods may be stopped by union workers, potentially causing delays. Paying for drayage ensures a smooth, hassle-free setup experience.
