We’re giving away a limited number of booths to local businesses that accept bitcoin.
Booth prices are set at $3,500 each. Although you are welcome to bring your own equipment into the venue, we have collaborated with T3 Production Company to offer rental services for additional equipment. Stay tuned for further details on upgrades and additional rental options.
Every bazaar booth comes with 2 Exhibitor Passes. Each Exhibitor Pass grants access to Industry Day, admission to General Admission on days 1 and 2, and the opportunity to connect with other Industry Pass holders through the B24 app.

The Bitcoin 2024 conference takes place at the Music City Center in downtown Nashville. The Bitcoin Bazaar is situated adjacent to the Art Gallery, and it shares proximity with both the B24 Open Source Stage and the P2P Stage. This designated area will be accessible throughout all three days of the conference, spanning from July 25 to 27.
Each booth will feature an 8’ high pipe and drape backdrop along with 4’ high booth dividers. We will furnish a basic table, chairs, access to power, internet, and a bazaar-themed tablecloth for each booth. Vendors are encouraged to personalize their booths and can include a lightweight mountable sign.
The venue will be equipped with 24/7 roaming security throughout the entire event. If you wish to enlist dedicated security services, please contact us for special rates on security personnel.
Load-in is scheduled for July 24th from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Additional updates will be provided prior to the event.
Our standard conference insurance includes coverage for damaged property during the event. If you intend to carry additional insurance, please furnish us with a certificate of your business insurance.
We will share the address of our shipping center one month before the event. Vendors are responsible for covering the shipping and warehousing expenses. Please note that a drayage fee will be applicable to advanced shipments.
Vendors are encouraged to utilize our lightning payment processing partners, IBEX Pay, or their preferred on-chain method. If you require assistance in setting up IBEX Pay, representatives will be available onsite, or you can schedule a meeting in advance for personalized support.
The Nashville Convention Center exclusively partners with a food and beverage provider, including services within the exhibit hall, holding all necessary health permits for the convention center. Therefore, no outside food or drink products are permitted inside.
