Operations Manager

Altonomy is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be an integral part of the middle office operations team to design and develop the necessary processes in order to deliver high quality insights that enable Altonomy to improve decision making processes and resource allocation company-wide. The Operations Manager will work closely with Head of Operations to design, develop and deliver MO policies, tools, reports and risk management solutions. This position will ensure strategic and tactical business decisions are informed by data-driven insights.

POSITION SUMMARY

1. Daily trade capture, reconciliation, cash management, margin monitoring and provide essential internal reporting to Finance and Senior Management
2. Monthly and quarterly PnL and inventory reporting
3. Implement risk control parameters to accommodate the increasing trading volume
4. Project lead of global MO projects. Liaise with other functions including but not limited to Front Office, Technology and Finance to ensure major project milestones are met and final products are delivered
5. Develop relationships with management to gain a deep understanding of the business and identify opportunities to influence business decisions

EXPERIENCE:

1. 5+ years’ experience in middle office in the financial services industry
2. Bachelor’s degree
3. Experience manipulating and analyzing large raw data sets
4. Financial and technical knowledge required, ideally with understanding of crypto projects and products
