Sr. Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who has the unique combination of deep understanding of customer requirements, technical depth and project execution. The Product Manager will be working closely with the development team and must be able to translate market requirements, business needs and unplanned requirements into technology investments using agile development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees product life cycle, feature development and adoption, plan and execute for quality results.
• Explores market demands, competition and customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product features by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or changes.
• Evolves, develops and launches new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with key stakeholders.
• Work with R&D teams for product development with clear product spec and usage models.
• Works with marketing and business teams for strategizing, planning and execution of market and customer strategies and responsible for delivery the results to meet business demands.
• Assess, summarize and analyze performance of company product at client side for improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product development/management experience in SW, web-based applications, preferably in Fintech or financial service industry.
• Graduate degree in engineering or marketing required.
• Excellent networking and motivation skills, especially with regard to engineering team collaboration and customer engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
• Good understanding of Web application technologies and related tools.
